Spa Etiquette

 

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

 

We recommend you book in advance to ensure availability of services. A 50% security deposit or credit card number is required for all bookings with a duration of one hour or more. Cancellations within 24 hrs of appointment will be charge 50% of total booking fees. All Appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior. Consultation is included in appointment time.

 

WHEN DO I ARRIVE?

 

To enjoy the relaxing and private atmosphere, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy one of our herbal teas as you begin to unwind.

 

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

 

Plan your ‘Spa Experience’ carefully. Unfortunately, late arrival will limit your treatment time. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

 

DO I BRING ANYTHING?

 

We provide all spa wear to our guests. Guests are fully draped during body treatments for comfort and privacy. A bathing suit is required in our Luxury Spa Treatments.

 

AS A COURTESY TO THEIR OTHER PATRONS

 

Please ensure that your mobile is switched on to silent mode during your visit. If you accompany by children, please ensure they are well supervised at all times.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

Gift Voucher number must be quoted at time of booking. If guest is a ‘no show’ or cancels within 24 hours of appointment, Gift Voucher will become redeemed. Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date and cannot be extended. Gift vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other clients.

Gift vouchers are non-transferrable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless special is purchased as Gift Voucher, then voucher will expire when special expires. Any gift voucher that is expired will be classified as redeemed. No show on Gift Voucher appointment is classified as redeemed.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept VISA, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash payments. All prices include GST and are subject to change.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We kindly ask that you give at least 24 HOURS notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Any Appointments cancelled less than 24 HOURS prior will incur a 50% CHARGE of appointment total.
